What this notice covers

This notice covers website enquiries, recruitment client accounts and service administration. The enquiry form collects your name, email, company and the role or service details you choose to provide. The portal processes account information, role briefs, uploaded CVs and delivered reports. Please share only information necessary for the agreed service.

03

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, and account and service information to administer and deliver the service. Our lawful bases for our own business administration are legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running the service, contract where necessary to provide a service to you, and legal obligation for required business records. We do not sell personal data or use enquiry details for unsolicited marketing.

04

Service providers

The website is configured for Vercel hosting, Resend enquiry email delivery, and Supabase account authentication, database and file storage. Google Fonts supplies website fonts; portal pages also load the Supabase library from jsDelivr. These services receive the information needed for their function, which can include network information such as an IP address. Service correspondence is also held in our business email inbox.

05

Candidate information and AI-assisted review

Recruitment clients must have authority to provide candidate information for the agreed role review. The service uses AI-assisted analysis with human review; CV claims are not independently verified. We do not make hiring decisions or send automatic candidate rejections. Before providing candidate data, agree the service’s processing instructions, retention, approved processing tools and any applicable data-processing terms with us. Those terms are separate from this website notice.

06

International processing

Our service providers may process information outside the UK. The locations and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and the service configuration. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your account or proposed candidate-data processing before you upload CVs.

07

Retention

Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for up to 12 months. Business account and correspondence records may be retained for up to six years after our relationship ends where needed for business records, legal obligations or claims. Candidate uploads and reports follow the separately agreed service retention and deletion instructions; the business-record period is not a blanket retention period for CVs. Contact us to request deletion or confirm the period applying to your files.

08

Cookies and local storage

The current public marketing pages do not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The client portal uses browser storage to maintain the Supabase sign-in session. This is used for account access. External font and library requests may create provider logs. The former candidate product and chatbot are no longer available on the website.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on the processing and lawful basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us to make a request. If a recruiter supplied your information, we may need to coordinate with that recruiter. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

10

Existing candidate accounts

Retiring the candidate interface does not itself delete past records or cancel existing billing arrangements. Contact us for help with a previous account, payment, order or data request. We will identify the relevant records and next steps with you.
