What counts as one role?
One job brief and one batch of up to 60 CVs on a paid role. The free trial covers one role and up to 20 CVs, once per firm. For another batch, a changed brief or more than 60 CVs, contact us to agree the scope first.
What is included in every shortlist?
A human-reviewed, ranked candidate view with CV evidence, gaps to verify, transferable experience and candidate-specific first-call questions. You decide who to contact. No automatic rejections.
When will it be ready?
Typically by the next business day after we receive your complete brief and agreed candidate batch. We confirm timing at intake. Larger or specialist requests are scoped separately.
Are the pilot services included?
The second-look shortlist and brief reality check are separate pilot enquiries. Scope, price and availability are confirmed before work starts; they are not automatically included in the free trial or role pack.
Do I need to replace my ATS?
No. This is a managed service. Keep your existing system and share the agreed brief and CVs following our intake instructions. You receive a report your recruiter can act on.
How does the four-role pack work?
£499 covers four role reviews of up to 60 CVs each, used within 90 days of purchase. That is £124.75 per role, saving £97 compared with four individual roles. There is no automatic renewal. We agree delivery slots and payment details before starting; unused reviews expire after 90 days.
